foundations and corporations to fund its operations.
If you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of someone and email
avh@foundationforteenhealth.org to let us know who you are honoring.
A notification will be sent of your kind donation to the individual or the family of the loved one you are honoring.
All donations of any size are much needed and greatly appreciated and are tax-exempt according to IRS code section 501(c)3.

Dr. Peggy Smith Operational Endowment
To honor her commitment to public health and her 50 YEARS OF SERVICE we have launched the Dr. Peggy Smith Operational Endowed Fund. This fund will be used to maintain our free services for the young people most in need who do not qualify for state funding. It will enable us to secure the future of one of the nation's leading providers of adolescent health care – the Baylor College of Medicine Teen Health Clinics. Help us reach our goal of $1,000,000 by joining our team. Your donation will have a real and lasting impact on the health of Houston’s youth!
